Online Purchases: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.
Instore Purchases: Goods purchased Instore may only be exchanged for a gift card/credit note within 7 days.
*Please note if your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified within 5 days - Any flawed - faulty item that goes over this period may not be accepted.
Items are couriered/ posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition.
If you need to cancel your order you need to email info@isobel.ie or call 061 395 476, within 12 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
SALES
All Sale items can be exchanged or returned if not suitable, and will be issued with a gift card for the sale value. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
